Using SharePoint 2010 phone book creation

Hi Centic,

Here is the procedure to create a phonebook in sharepoint.

1. First Log onto sharepoint server.
2. Browse the sharepoint  website
3. Click LIsts>>Create.
4. Click 'Contacts'. Enter your phone directory name and click create.
5. Click 'Settings>'List Settings'
6. Select the columns you wish to include in your directory.
7. Enter some data into the columns and click ok 
8. Now search in sharepoint and the saved data will be returned.
