Greetings,

Rather than just giving the page in the help file, I list the steps on: How to sign your forms using MS Info Path.

1. Double-click on your “*.pfx” certificate file.

2. Import it.

3. Run Microsoft Infopath and open the form you want to sign.

3. Go to Tools then Form options. (Picture Below)

4. Click Security and Trust.

5. Check the Sign this form template box. (Picture Below)

6. Click “Select Certificate…”, choose your Code Signing certificate you imported in the first steps then click OK.

If you need more information or help about Infopath, here's the link to the Online Help File : https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Digitally-sign-a-form-template-19e1dcbe-b043-4cc6-9f74-82583e1fef2f?CorrelationId=8191255d-59e2-4cab-bbb9-5b8dcc9909b2&ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US&ocmsassetID=HP010163666

Annaforster,

I have found the user's guide for MS Infopath 2010.  The page that starts looking at digital signatures is page 13.  If you look you can see if you go into form options it will walk you through the digital signature on the forms.  You can find all this information at
