I also already tried using Bluetooth in transferring some files to other device. It acts as a wireless network on devices where it is available. It’s like connecting your computer or device on a local area network but physically without any connecting cables. The data are passed on to the other device in the form of radio signals. When using Bluetooth when transferring files from one device to another, the speed varies depending on the distance of both devices.

The farther the destination, the lower the speed is. You will get the optimal speed if both computers and or devices are in short distances. Barriers also affect the speed. If there are walls in between the speed is affected. You can only use Bluetooth as your wireless network on an average size rooms. You will get a very slow upload or download speed if either the source or target computer is placed very far.
