Users cannot access the SFTP command in Qshell iseries mode. Only a few are able to access. What’s wrong?

Users cannot access the SFTP command in Qshell iseries mode
There are some things that you will need to observe which might be the possible root causes of that problem, and some of them are as indicated below:

First you will need to check and make sure that the message is “No user can not access”. That way, every user should be able to access the SFTP command without a problem.

You will also need to check and see if you are sending a password as well as the profile, because that might lead to a problem.

Also check to see if you have exchanged public or the private keys. Changing the keys might cause such a problem too.
