Hello, I have used DCP dell control point wifi connection on my PC. But after I installed the windows XP and now when installing DCP connection manager on my PC it cannot be open. Please can you tell me why it happens?

It is a little bit difficult to figure out why you cannot install DCP connection manager at this point. A little more information from you would be helpful.Â
Please include this information in your post:
1. Error message when you try to install the DCPÂ connection manager.
2. The model of your Dell computer. Is it an Inspiron, Latitude, Vostro, XPS, Studio etc?
3. Have you already installed the chipset driver and the Dell Notebook System Software? As far as I could remember Dell have a certain order on which drivers need to be installed first and these 2 should be install before the other drivers.Â
4. You mentioned in your post, you installed Windows XP, is that your original operating system or did you downgrade from Win 7 or win Vista? If you did change the operating system to Windows XP most likely the reason why it would not install is that you are using the wrong driver.Â
