I want to transfer my files from mini memory card to my mobile phone. So, I bought this card reader.
I can't seem to let it work. Any help on this?
It only shows "Please insert a disk into drive H:" I also attached a snapshot.

To check if the problem is in your SD card or not is to right click on your My Computer, navigate to Manage, and then open the Device Manager. If you do not see your SD card on the Device Manager, then the problem could be that your SD card is not working anymore or that the driver needs to be updated. You can also check if your card reader is the problem by going to your Devices and Printers which can be found at the control panel under Hardware and Sound. If your Card reader is not there, then it is the card reader that is defective.
To fix this problem, just update the drivers of both your SD card and your Card Reader. If that did not fix your problem try using another card reader to read your SD card and vice versa with your Card Reader. If all else fails it is recommended that you consult a professional computer technician about this problem.

If you're getting this error then mostly the card is not making contact with the reader. The fact that Windows reads the card reader as removable disk meaning the card reader is working, and your mini SD card is also working too. So, what I recommend is that before you insert the mini SD into the reader check for a few things.
1. See image —
2. After cleaning, insert the card into card reader then plug the reader into PC.
3. If step 3 does not work then try inserting the card with a softer touch as in don't insert card fully just enough for the card to make contact.
4. If it's still not working? Try to repeat steps few times.
