Hello All,

Some urgent help is needed.

I thought all was well and good when we moved to over to exchange 2010 last week. Teachers are saying they cannot move or delete emails from their mailboxes come Monday morning.

When we try to delete an email the error is

"Error:

An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be handled.

The entire error report is listed below…. HIDE REPORT..

COPY ERROR DETAILS TO CLIPBOARD

An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be handled."

Any help with this problem please, it annoying me at the fact the users cannot delete emails. They can delete or move emails without any problem if they were for outside of school.

Thanks

When a message is received by transport, a transport mail item is created and saved to the database. A unique indentifier

is assigned to the transport mail item when it enters the database. If a message, or transport mail item, is being routed to more than one recipient, the item can have more than one destination. Each destination represents a separate routing solution for the transport mail item, and each routing solution causes a routed mail item to be created.
