Hello everyone,

I would like to ask few questions. These are:

1. I want to download something but it is more than 3GB which may be too pricely since I am under a data plan, but is it considerable?

2. Since Windows 8.1 have already been released, what are its features that is lacking on the previous Windows 8?

3. What are the newest features of Windows 8 when it comes to performance, usage and solidity?

4. I purchased apps and installed it on my computer, can I install it again on another computer using the same license?

I really need all the important details about it. Thank you.

You can easily upgrade your PC's windows from Microsoft’s Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. You just need to follow some few simple steps. First of all make sure that your PC has all recent updates and click settings on the Charms menu. Then select the 'Windows Update'.  Now it is needed to check for updates to see whether there are updates or not.  Install the updates forcefully by clicking “We’ll install . . . automatically” option. Then open the Windows Store apps. Finally click the Update to Windows 8.1 button. Now click the Download button to confirm the download. It may take 30 minutes to be ready. Now click Restart Now then accept the license terms. After that click on express Settings at the bottom of the screen. Then allow Windows to send a security code to your phone. Enter the code you received on your phone at the prompt. Now click on Next.  Yes you are ready to use Windows 8.1.
