I had a lifetime key for years for any DVD(Now HD) and have always been thrilled with the program.
Recently i upgrade my computer from 32 bit windows to 64 bit and discover that my registration key is no longer works.
Do i need to contact support about this or is there a fix or way to register the program in 64 bit win 7 with my original key ?

I am also a Windows users for a long time already, based on my experience regarding Windows operating system, there are different keys to be used on a 32bit and a 64bit, if you already tried using the 64bit key before and its functioning, might as will call the customer care of Microsoft.

There is a way you can upgrade 32bit window to 64bit window in your pc.
If your Pc is processor is 64bit supported and you are running 32bit window on it now you want to upgrade in 64bit you can easily install 64bit operating system.
But on other side you have a problem of registering your 64bit windows.
Try to install window upgrade assistant and make a backup of your files and then clean your pc with that software after that install 64bit I’ll surely helps you.
If it’s not then try to get 64bit window key to Microsoft forums. It’ll resolve your issue.
