I need help. The System Restore cannot restore. The updates are the same. Please help.

You have to provide more information when you ask because this helps on giving you specific answers.
If you didn't try to restore your pc using safe mode, please try to do it. Follow my instructions and we will resolve the problem together.
- Please open your PC in safe mode.
- Click Start > All Programs > Accessories >System Tools and then Restore.
- Try to restore your pc.
- If this works, it is Okay, else you have to try other similar software on the net that do restoration, else reinstall your Windows. It must be some missing system files.
- If you still have the same problem, you have to format your PC and install another version of Windows XP.
