I make sure I download with an active BitDefender. I find it very reliable, and it works great on my PC.

·     Try downloading the update file again.
·     Contact with the crating company of BitDefender and tell them about the problem. They must have an update file for your copy.
·     But first of All make sure that BitDefender that is being used by you is a registered copy.
