Hello everyone
I am using windows 7 32 bit sp1 OS. Yesterday I tried to download a kaspersky rescue CD from the link:

But now when I am trying to update the rescue disk 10 using the kaspersky internet security 2010, I am getting an error.

Does anyone have any idea how can this problem be solved?

Hello Hall,
The screen shot you have captured doesn’t tell any error code which could be used to identify the type of error. Click on the “Solution available” option and see if it could be fixed. Another option which you can choose is complete download of the rescue CD instead of updating the iso of an older version.

Hello Hall,
This type of errors can be resolved by doing the following actions.
1- Always make sure that you are connected to the internet while downloading Kaspersky
2- Check you network cable connected with your PC
3- Make sure that you have enough storage space on a disk
4- Try to create again the rescue disk
