My mobile phone can only use one network only.  I tried to unlock it by using some code so I can use other mobile network but it didn't work. What are other ways to successfully do this?

Maybe you are asking on how to unblock or unlock your phone so you can access other networks using a different sim card on your phone. There are web sites that offer paid service of unlocking your phone so you can use any other networks you want. If your phone is a Nokia, you may try visiting this site: https://www.gsmliberty.net/shop/nokia-unlocking-m-10.html. I have tried successfully unlocking my Nokia 6610 phone before on that site. You may try it if it works for you as well. You just need the phone’s IMEI and some other stuff like the phone’s version.

If your phone is a different brand, try visiting https://www.mrunlock.com/. This offers a much wider range of phone brands and model. But unfortunately, this site is not free. It costs around £2.95 for unlocking an old Nokia 6610 phone.

Hi Luke!

Mobile network can be locked by turning on the network security which is the sim pin code. You can choose to turn on or off your network security. Turning it on allows no one to access your phone when it's off. When someone is trying to turn it on again, they will be asked for a code. But this code is only applicable to the sim card; it is not the phone security. So, when you change the sim card of your phone to another network, you can still open your phone.

This means that your mobile network sim is the one who is locked. But whenever you turn off and on your phone, you will always be asked for that code. When you forgot the code, the mobile network allows you to try entering the code for several times. If you have entered the wrong code for 2 consecutive times, it will cause your mobile network sim to be blocked. Which I think you did with yours. It can be unblocked only by entering the PUK (personal unblocking key) code.

It comes together when you bought your mobile network sim. You can view this site for more information https://techspirited.com/puk-blocked. And please go to this site for free unlocking http://peters1.dk/unlock/nokia/online.php?sprog=en

I hope it helped you.
