Hello,

I have understood your problem and I have a solution for you. This will resolve the problem completely.

It seems to be a virus. Which you are facing in your printer files basically you can only rid of this virus by following these steps,

Get into your print spooler %System%/system32/spool/printers
And delete all print jobs in there.
Make sure you stop the spooler service before that so you are able to
Get rid of all of the jobs.

I am sure this problem is not more than this step.

Hope you got the answer.

Best of luck for your future.

Thanks.

Hello Dear,

Thank you for sharing your problem with us. I have a huge experience with this issue and I am going to suggest a solution that will help you in fixing your problem. It may be a virus which is causing your printer to stop working properly. What you can do is to go to C:WINDOWSsystem32/spool/printers to launch all your active printing jobs. Delete all the printing jobs and stop the spooler service. Try it and see if it will fix the issue.

Hi dear,

It seems that you have shared your printer with the network, so it can be accessed remotely by other users. You have to turn off this sharing to fix this problem. To do this, click on the start button and choose “printer and faxes”, then right click on your printer, and click on “sharing”. Then, you will see this window.

Do not share this printer
Just click on sharing, and choose “Do not share this printer.” Then, press OK. Now, you will not have this problem.

Thanks.
