Hello Suttie Nickolas,

Unfortunately, I don't have any good news for you. You are trying to install and run the expired version of the software.

The error you're getting is still hanging on the installation, even if you managed to get to the part of the opening the file. The version you are trying to install is 10.8 beta. It was released in October 2012 and has expired in December 2012 and it's normal you can't make it work.

The only thing you can do is to use the older and full version that is working or to check for the newer version on the http://www.image-line.com/.

Best regards,
Drake Vivian
