Hello,

I am just trying to update my Bluetooth device but I get this error message saying “An unexpected error occurred (4:190). Your firmware could not be updated, please try again”. What should I do now? Have any idea? Thanks for any suggestion.

The Bluetooth error occurs if the first language in the list is different from English.

To make sure that English is selected, you need go to “System preferences”, then “international” and then Languages, select English as the first language.

Run the firmware update again and confirm after machine restart.
