Hi,

I am using Mac Operating System X 10.6.5 and get an error message every time I tried to update my Bluetooth. I have spent many hours to fix this problem but I am unable to resolve this issue. Is there any way to update it properly? Please suggest a proper solution step by step. I would be grateful to you. Thanks.

The error you are getting is caused by the language preferences, mostly likely not sound. To resolve the issue, you will need to go to "International" in "System Preferences" and make sure that "English" is the first in the "Languages" list. After that reboot the system before attempting to upgrade the Bluetooth firmware again.
