This is the generic message that says some king of conflict is happening. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do to resolve this issue.

Check if you are running the latest version of the program and if not update the software.
If you were successfully running a previous version of the software, you can downgrade back and wait until the fix become available.Â

I would advise you to submit on the software creator's web page a ticket to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
