Hi,

I am unable to open iWorks, pages, keynote, numbers. Each time I try to open them the little icon bounces for a long time.

Finally I get an error message. That error message is shown below.

I did permission thing, uninstalled and installed the program again, but it still not working.
Currently my OS is snow leopard 10.6.8.

Please suggest some solutions for my problem.

Thanks.

Unable to Start iWorks, Keynote and Numbers on Snow Leopard 10.6.8

Hi Steve,

I have encountered the same problem with iWork before and uninstalling and reinstalling iWork fix the issue. But I did not just drag and drop it off in the trash bin. By any chance, before you reinstalled iWork did you also remove the iWork folder? In my case, after I drag and drop the iWork app in the trash bin, I also removed the iWork folder (Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > iWork) then afterwards, I emptied the trash bin, restarted my computer and reinstalled iWork. You may want to try removing the iWork folder and reinstalling the software again.

Let me know if this helps. Cheers!
