Unable to send text messages under PAC Value
I am under the Vodafone Red PAYG (Pay as you go plan) and everything works just fine. And then I switched to Virgin Mobile Cellular then I got a PAC value from Red and switched through Virgin Mobile Cellular. But I am having issues on sending text messages. I was unable to deliver my text messages. After some time of troubleshooting and Virgin Mobile says they will review my issue. I then asked about my PAC value thinking that there is a problem with their system. But none of their support works. What should I do next?
