Can someone please help me correct this problem? I can neither send nor receive mail via my Exchange server. All my attempts to solve this issue which include having Exchange reinstalled are not giving the desired result. There are no error messages which I have received so far. This leaves me with no clue at all as to why I am experiencing this. Thanks in advance for your help.

Unable to send or receive emails via Exchange Server

Hi Mildred,

Usually when we are unable to send and receive emails using our exchange server or any email application, there should be an error provided to us for easy troubleshooting.

You may want to check first if your mailbox is not reaching its limit. Usually there is a default mailbox size set up for exchange server mailboxes. If it already reached its limit, you may need then to housekeep your email. If your email is setup to be downloaded to a PST file, most likely the PST file is either corrupted or has been moved. Try to create a another PST file then see if that will help.
