Dear Sabrina Becnel, I have read your query about Microsoft Outlook Express Error 0x800C0133. It seems that inbox.dbx file has become corrupted; missing or its attributes have been changed to read only by accident. To fix this problem please follow these:

·         Restart your computer and see if it resolves your issue. Sometimes this problem will be fixed by a system restart.

·         First of all set your folder options to view hidden files. To show hidden files, just open any folder on your PC, click on Tools and under Tools you will see Folder Options. Open Folder Options and under View Tab you will see Files and Folders option. There, select Show hidden files and folders and click ok. Now open Outlook Express and go to Maintenance under Options from Tools. To view stored files location has a look at Store Folder. Memorize the path and navigate to that location. Make backup of you Emails and close Outlook Express, then delete Inbox.dbx, after restarting Outlook Express Inbox.dbx will be created again automatically. This may resolve your issue.

·         If your Anti-virus is scanning your Emails, then don’t let it to continue scanning. It may also resolve your issue.

I hope it helped.
