I need help on my Exchange Server. I recently moved everything to a new Exchange Server and the issue that I am having right now is our bookeeper can no longer send emails to our employee. This happens after I move everything. Relaying setup has no problem because my network devices can email me if there is an issue. Kindly tell me what I am missing with the setup please.

Hello, it is a very good question and i think many people will be helpful by knowing the answer.
When you run the exchange server, make sure that your pc does not contain any previous server versions file. It could be the main reason behind not working or not sending the mail. When there are same files of two different versions, these kind of problem occurs as they clashes.So, make sure that your pc has only one server or you can just format or reinstall your OS so that everything will be removed and then install the new one.
