Hello Tech Pro,

Recently windows update run in the system and it was successful. After that, I installed the Entertainment center in the system. I get an error message when I try to Play or browse a folder that contains copy protected WMA files in the Entertainment center. I am not getting any help from it. How do I fix this error? Unable to play WMA files in Entertainment Center

Creative Entertainment Center is an awesome software that enables to enjoy playback audio CDs, video CDs and much more. The issue is occurring due to DRM files.

Entertainment Center is unable to play DRM copy protected WMA files. If you try to play such files, you’ll get the error. Those files aren’t enjoyable in Entertainment Center.

The only solution to this issue is to use any third party media player to play such files. For this purpose, you can use Windows Media Player, QuickTime or other player.

Only then, your WMA files will be viewed.
