Unable to play videos on iPod with Cross Zoom effect

Hello,

I am trying to create Cross Zoom effect in my iPod 2nd generation but I am unable to play videos on this iPod using this transition.

How can I avoid this annoying error message?

Have any suggestion to fix this issue? I would be grateful to you.

“Cross Zoom – Large” was not copied to the iPod “iPod touch (2nd Gen) 4.2” because it cannot be played on this iPod.

Gary,

This can be because of any of the three reasons.

1. When you have transferred to Cross Zoom effect, it was not configured properly. In this case, you should try and implement the theme/interface again. If it does not work, you might need to use your iPod without the desired effect

2. You have lost the files while switching to the version that supports the Cross Zoom effect. Hence, try and transfer the required files once more and try playing them.
