Hey, hard disk optimization is always problematic especially when you don’t understand the requirements and the system specific settings. Try to partition the hard disk by selecting the partitioning option when installing the operating system. Carry out defragmentation, empty the recycle bin and cache, disable both hibernation and drive indexing and then launch the operation once more. You can also download “crystaldiskmark” that allows the user to measure drive speed and other parameters.
