I got this below error message when I try to open a Word document in Microsoft Word Web App. I do not understand where I am going wrong. Literally I am confused please do guide me to fix the problem. I need to open this document for editing purpose. Please help me. Your help is great. Thanks a lot.

Unable to open a Word document in Microsoft Word Web App
Hello,
Such error will occur if the “User Profile Application (UPA)” is not synchronized. If a user profile and relevant group memberships for the users aren’t synced, SharePoint Server 2013 will deny to access the file or resource.
In order to solve this issue, you have to make sure that you have synchronized the “User Profile Service Application” is configured perfectly and synced fully with the user and group memberships to access the resource.
