I am unable to open my media files (Flash or graphics files) on a new window from Engage for unknown reason. The files don’t open on a new window but display on the Engage. The files are published. My computer having being rebuilt recently and before this, I was able to open the files though now I can’t. Does this problem have a solution? Please, help me.

Get reliable the files are in a formatting your BB can recreate.

Hi Harry,
If your computer is rebuilt means you installed windows on your computer then you might have lost that specific file in procedure of installing windows. When you installed windows to your computer your installation directory is formatted as a result you have lost your entire file from that directory. That’s why now you are not able to open your media file any more. You can try some file recovery software to recover your file and then if you place that file into a desire directory where it was you may able to open it again.
