Hello,
A problem opening download fifa 12 case template. This template contains theme, photos and other screensaver or wallpaper I have to open it for my collection, but the error keep saying unable to open file then crashes and never respond to the server. What should I do now? I am using Windows Xp operating system.

The error is not a result of a compatibility problem with the operating system you are using. The error is due to the file you have downloaded. There are two possible reasons for that.
1.  You may have downloaded a corrupted file which means that the downloaded file is the problem. There may be issues with regards to the uploading of the files.
2.  Your download was not finished or it was finished but the file downloaded has some missing parts.
What I can suggest you is to find a new download link.
If the file you want to open is a download, check the format of the file or the extension name to verify if it is a compressed file or an archive. If the file you downloaded is a compressed file or it uses the RAR (.rar), ZIP (.zip), or 7Z (.7z) extension name, unpack it using the file’s default unpacker or file extractor.
For RAR files, use WinRAR. The latest version at the moment is WinRAR 5.61. For ZIP files, use WinZip. The latest version at the moment is WinZip 23. For 7Z files, use 7-Zip. The latest version at the moment is 7-Zip 18.06. But generally, you can use any of them because they support one another’s file format.
These applications can also unpack CAB files (*.cab) and ISO files.
