Hi guys,

A problem with software flash presentation sample. My group mate handed  his flash presentation work sample and while importing the flash file in my laptop with multimedia application Adobe CS5 flash, an error occur saying unable to open file. I am using Windows 7 operating system. What is the main reason of the error? How to resolve this issue?

You should check your firewall settings. Maybe your media player is blocked when it tries to access the Internet. If this is happening to you then you should open firewall settings and allow it for all networks.

Other thing you can do is to change the extension of .fla to .rar and open with WinRar applications. You should ignore the warning message that you attempted to open damaged archive. Then go to tools and select repair archive. Finally get back the extension to .fla again.
