I have a problem related to moving messages into the memory card of my mobile,and my mobile is E71.
I am trying to move the message to my memory card using the option memory in use from the messaging settings. I select yes to the memory card to move them and when I asked about copying all messages to the new message memory storage.
I asked firstly about saving to original messages, then I tried both of Yes and No.
But every time an error appears like the following:
Unable to move
 message storage
Is this error appears to anyone in this forum, or have the ability to solve this issue to me.

Unable to move message storage on Nokia E71
This problem seems to be common to E71 model. First thing to do is to check the memory storage. Check if you still have enough space in your memory card for you to transfer the messages to it. If yes, then try to transfer it again. If the same error occurs, do the basic trouble shooting of phones. Phones usually got hang up if there are lots of procedure did to it.
Basic trouble shooting includes powercycle, powershock, removing SIM and even restoring factory settings. Powercycle means turning off and on the phone. Powershock- removing the battery right away while the phone is still on. Removing the SIM is self explanatory. Restoring Factory Setting – this is quite risky because this might delete some messages in the phone but this helps in solving a long term problems in the phone. This will really set the phone to its original setting.
