Hi Experts,

A few days ago I download software which is PowerISO program my second choice of burning multiple important documents. When I’m trying to have a task in Nero the message NeroApix shows up that unable to precede my task.

I remember that after I download PowerISO and installed it correctly in my PC the antivirus detects that I have malicious file which I neglect to delete it quickly with no hesitation. Now that I’m trying to open my Nero a message appear NeroApix and don’t know where to start isolating the said problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

This is the encountered message:

NeroApix

Could not open driver, Typing system aspi.

Hello Leonardo32,

You are saying that when you were installing the Nero application the antivirus detected it as a malicious program which it needed to delete but you were able to bypass that process very fast? I do not think you managed to bypass it completely, because once the antivirus got hold on it, it might have removed important registry files that are needed for the application to run properly in suspicion that it is malware.

So if you need to install the application, I will suggest that you disable the antivirus completely, them install it. When the installation completes successfully, you can later enable the antivirus.

Hope this helps.

The reason behind this is that your current ASPI  is informing you that there is already another installed software – try to  do the following,

-> If you wish to keep your own ASPI installation then remove the wnaspi32.dll from the Swift Elite folder and then start the program.

-> Uninstall the main ASPI and keep the new, refer to this page for more information:
