Unable to install PagePlusX7 Pro Templates

I was trying to reinstall PagePlusX7 but I can't install Pro Templates. The error below keeps re-appearing and I don't know how I will fix this. I did not remove the previous version and just run the upgrade again. How can I resolve this issue? Please look at the error message below:

Installer Information

You must have PagePlus X5, PagePlus X4, PagePlus Essentials or PagePlus Starter Edition installed before installing PagePlus Content: Home Improvement & Services Collection.

First you need to ensure that your older PPX versions are available in your system while running the upgrade. Otherwise you could face compatibility issue with templates.  Most of the cases it has been observed that PPX7 faces problem to open older templates from earlier versions of the software.

You can also use PagePlus 15 which only needs you to download the updates and it also contains fixes for the older version.
