Hi expert,
I installed the Process Designer. I followed this rule:
First I was Installing PDICT and then I could run it (Only I could open it on the server because I received a database error on my user PC).
Then I setup the Server edition of Process Designer and after that the user version and at last configured my clients etc.
Currently when I want to run Process Designer from the mid-tier, I find the following error message:
Although this might be now from the matter identified in the what’s New document. Mention that, we're using IE8.

When I make an attempt to run the user I get the similar database connection error message like when I wanted to open PDICT on my Computer.

Now I am not sure what the reason behind this is. Please help me to solve this.

Hello Carolf, I have learned your problem, sometimes such types of problems appears for the reason of permission, I thinks you need permission for the DWM or the site address is not valid or not permit you.
you can download it from another site the software can be download at download.com just go there and download and update it and fix your problem.
or if you want WDM from that site i think first go to that site and then register your account there and take your software.
