Unable to Detect PCI Sound Card, Cannot Continue with the Installation

Hallo,

Each time I try to install drivers for Soundcard PCI on my laptop it says nothing has been installed. It seems the hardware cannot be recognized since the wizard could not find the appropriate software. What is this all about and how can I solve such a problem?

Hi Jarmin.

The wizard couldn't find a suitable software for the hardware because it's searching for it on the hard drives of the laptop. The software for the sound card is however available on the internet. The appropriate software will depend on the maker and model of your laptop. You can do a google search for it or you can go to the maker of your laptop's (dell, hp, apple, etc) website on the internet and download it from there.
