I am using client Outlook 2010. I cannot connect to my Exchange Server Enterprise when I use the Avaya VPN remote access utility. But for few days back, I was able to connect when I was used the client Nortel Connectivity ERA with Outlook 2003.
Please advise me if there’s somebody who have experienced the same problem and if there’s a possible solution to this issue.

I think if there's been a change in the VPN software you use, and you're the only one with the issue, then the issue is probably with your laptop/desktop.
Again, if you can use Outlook 2010 when on the LAN, then I assume it's an issue with the VPN interacts with Exch when connected, maybe DNS, routing issue.
I'd contact your Exch admin/VPN team to check who else if affected.
