I am attempting to scan my few documents but each time an error message comes which you can see in the below attached image. I do not want to see this damage error please help me. I will be thankful to you

You can resolve this issue by following these steps given below.
1 Download the utility software which is compatible with your Officejet wireless device.
2 Make sure your computer meets the system requirements.
3 Run the Scan Diagnostic Utility by following the instructions.
4 You have to select your HP product in the Scan Diagnostic Utility from the printer's column.
5 You must reinstall the HP software, if your product is not listed.
6 Then click Diagnose to resolve the various scanning problems.
7 When you have completed the diagnostic process then Restart your computer for best effect.
