When I start openDNS, I have faced some problems in browsers. I set this in two or three computers and I am facing the same error with the following computers. The problem is I am unable to check my emails. Most of the drop down menus is not working. I have tried many browsers; I uninstalled and reinstalled JAVA, and reset all the changes in my previous browser. But the problem is still the same.

It is not advisable to change browser backend settings, and by that I mean settings that will directly affect the code that has been used to create the browser, and therefore the changes that you made in the browser are the ones causing the problems with browser failing to load some drop down menus when you are accessing the code. The remedy to that will be the following:
I will suggest that you download another browser setup and then uninstall the one that you have made changes to, and the install the browser again by running the browser setup that you have downloaded. This time, be careful not to make any changes that might affect the code of the browser.
You may also install an alternative browser and use it, for instance Google chrome and Firefox and see how they will behave.
You need also to check the internet connection speed,  because slow speeds can cause the browser to be slow in loading the pages.
