I am getting this error while making a purchase on my android phone.
Why can this be happening?

I will try to figure out the solution for this.Â

May be you are getting this error message, because there is a problem with the your sales transaction and the another reason may be your account has an invalid credit card assigned which stops the transaction for being completed.

Hi Jedei,
There seems to be a problem with your transaction. From what it seems, it is most likely that your payment was denied from your bank side. I suggest you should talk with your bank about this failed transaction.Â
It would be better if you would give the transaction ID, date and time of this transaction for them to easily get to your case.
