I received a MS Project 2010 file (mpp) by email and I'm assigned to do two tasks, the first one is to preview and print the Microsoft project 2010 budget chart as a Gantt chart without table information on it, then I'll have to adjust the chart to print to A3 Paper size, what are the right steps I should follow to set the chart to print correctly?

Hi Ava Larry,

You can do the shrink to fit function of your print option before printing the project that you are doing. To do that, follow these steps:

  1. On file menu click print and view page setup
  2. Look on the view tab and choose fit timescale on the end of the page
  3. Close them and return to the workload.
  4. Now go to the view menu of the MSProject 2010
  5. Lower the Timescale percentage and see the changes.
