I tried to use the Data Backup and Recovery from Dell because I needed a cloud back up. I entered my email address incorrectly during setup and now I cannot activate or delete the account. I unistalled/reinstalled it but it still won't work. No one from Dell can help me, what am I supposed to do?

You can change your backup email address directly from the Dell website. Click here to access the site.
Your email address that you entered when you registered at the installation process, is linked to your backup client. The “Change Backup Email” form found on the Dell website can be used to change your email address. Once you have changed it, a new confirmation email will be sent to the new email address. You need to confirm the new email address within 48 hours, otherwise the change won’t come into operation.
