I have recently installed Ultraware version 1.8 on my pc. It gives me the following error when I run this software. Please give me a solution for this error.
Error Unable to initialize serial communications. COM port unavailable.

Hi Nowell,
It is very simple problem - I think. To get rid of the problem, Go to the Control Panel and check the Hardware> Ports listing so that you can realize which COM ports are exactly installed on your computer.
Because the error message you see, it generally comes up if you have got any previously used USB/RS232 converter but that is no longer installed.
I think it will help you to fix the problem.
