I've recently been on a vacation in UK, where I bought several PSN cards. When I came home (USA), I tried to redeem them but the website threw an error code 80023103. Anybody else had these problems?

This is a common issue with their website and the error code means that the server of them is busy. It happens, do not worry. You should try it at the weekend or some odd time when the server may be free or low rush of visitor. Hope it will help you. Good luck.

If you are trying to access PlayStation Network's UK Server from US, chances are you might have a hard time accessing it and results in a network error like the one you're experiencing right now. To check whether you are having a hard time getting any access from there, try downloading a free item or a game video trailer to see if it will go on uninterrupted.
