I have downloaded and installed the Ubisoft game and whenever I attempted to start the game an error message encountered.

The game failed to load. Now I want some solution step by step to fix this issue.

Can you provide such a solution? I would be grateful to you.

Hi,

This Problem has happened to me on many occasions, Where have you downloaded the game from? The most Secure way of making this work is to download it thru steam!

But you can also try by going to C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/

Then delete the only file called Host ( you might wanna make a backup copy of the archive just in case)

Let me know if u need more help!

I have three possible solutions for you. First is to try to uninstall and reinstall your game. If it still doesn't work, go through "Regedit in your laptop and delete anything that comes up after it. The third possible solution is the following:

1. You need to delete you old launcher. The location of your old launcher is at: C:Program Files (x86)UbisoftUbisoft Game Launcher or C:Program Files UbisoftUbisoft Game Launcher

2. Delete the "Ubisoft Game Launcher" folder

3. Next is to download the launcher. The launcher can be found and downloaded from this link: http://static3.cdn.ubi.com/orb…auncherInstaller.exe. After downloading, you can now install it.

4. Finally, Run "From Dust.exe"

What happens next should be that the new launcher will open first and then you will enter your user name and then enter the pass and steam cd key.

One of these should address your problem.
