Is it possible for me to open a game that's on the C: Drive and Open another game at the D: Drive on the same time? If not, is there a work around for this?

Yes that is possible to run different games installed in different hard drives and running them instantaneously at the same time. The things that are supposed to keep in mind while doing so is how heavy is the game, what are the minimum requirements for the game to be played and what are the specifications of the computer on which you are doing this type of act.
People however don’t do this act of playing two games at same instant but incase if you are doing this for some experimental use then that is really ok. One thing more it wont cause any harm to your computer while playing two games at one instant :)
