Twitter problem in sending message
This error only appears if you are sending the same messages again and again. Twitter seems to see it as spam so they are blocking your messages. Just rephrase your messages and send them again. Twitter blocks the sending of messages of the same content once it reaches a certain number within 24 hours.
Twitter problem in sending message
Hi,
Aside from the previous solution, one major problem of not being able successful in sending messages over twitter is that the network is probably congested. Meaning, twitter is so busy that it can’t accommodate additional data on its server. One scenario is when millions of people are sending data to twitter all the same time. Thus, most of the data sent are not successful because the problem is in the network itself.
Mostly the problem is the network and you cannot do anything about it but wait. You can retry another time, in another day. If you doubt that the problem is in your phone, you might want to log-out on twitter first then sign-in again and resend your message. When all else fail, reset your iPhone as well.

Taylor
