Turning off Tracking Changes in MS Word

Recently I typed a letter in MS Word and had a co-worker check it for me. She recommended a few changes for me and turned on the change tracker feature so her changes would stand out.

I would like to accept two of her changes and reject one. How do I do this? Also, how do I turn this feature off so changes don't appear in red?

Thank you.

To edit this document:

Click on the Review on the menu bar and then in tracking section choose the top most drop down menu and click on Final: Show markup and it is done.

By selecting this option you have also disabled the track changes. To view the track changes in the status bar right click on the bar and select Track Changes. Now it will always show whether the track changes is on or off.
