Hi!

I need to know about this error. Need your help.

 TrueCrypt cannot be opened because of a problem.

 Check with the developer to make sure TrueCrypt works with this version of Mac OS X. You made need  

 to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and Mac OS X.
 Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

After reading the detailed report generated by the apple mac os, it seems that you are trying to run a different form of truecrypt on your mac OS. If your mac OS is 64bit then you must have the 64bit version of the truecrypt.

The report shows that you are using a 32bit(x86) version. It also says that you might need to reinstall the software. Because there is a chance that it needs the 64bit version.

  1. Go to their website.
  2. Click on the download tab and select the appropriate download from the list.
  3. Check the FAQs to see if they have any special version for the MAC OS.
  4. Download the file. Install it choosing different options.
  5. Now it will be running fine.

If you still get the error, then send an email to their customer support and they will see about that.
