Troubleshooting plugin errors in Outlook. What should I do when the plugin fails to load?
There might be cases at what the time Outlook Add-in will not do anything. This point will explain you what you can do to facilitate repairing data in Outlook. This detail or data will provide extra detail on the error and will really help 3CX Support. 
This is the resolving solution I found some where but I am unable to figure it out can anyone help me in this.

A lot of people face the same problem. There is an easy solution to that problem.

First, you have to go to the message box to change COM Add-ins so that you can disable Add-ins.

And then click on Go and click enable from Add-in. Then click close.

The Add-ins can be loaded now

Now go to the manage box and change the disable Add-ins to COM add-ins.

Then click go. After doing this, you have to select the checkbox next to disable Add-ins and click OK.
