Hi,

Please make sure that your drive's region code is set correctly, which will allow CSS decrypt properly.

Follow the below steps:

1. Exit AnyDVD program.

2. Select Properties by right clicking My Computer.

3. Select Hardware tab and device manager.

4. Select dvd/cdrom then right click optical drive.

5. Click properties, select region tab and choose the appropriate one.

6. Start AnyDvd.

There are certain drives which have the region mismatch issues. Try using "CloneDvd Mobile" an alternate one, just to make sure in case.

If still nothing works try changing the DVD and opt for a branded DVD.
